AXA Hong Kong and Macau has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with technology solutions provider BytePlus to integrate artificial intelligence and large language models into its operations.
The collaboration establishes a framework focused on three primary operational areas.
Under the agreement, the two companies will co-develop insurance-specific AI models aimed at optimising workflows across underwriting, claims handling, knowledge management, and distribution.
AXA will also utilise BytePlus’s predictive data analytics and consumer persona modelling to refine customer insight, alongside leveraging generative AI tools to set up a creative hub for automated marketing content and customer engagement.
