Advisors can identify suitable products and create personalised quotations through the upgraded platform.
ICICI Prudential Life Insurance has upgraded its partner platform with AI tools, deeper system integrations and digital capabilities to support its advisor and distribution network across sales, onboarding and customer servicing.
The insurer said its “ICICI Life Partner Stack 2.0” is designed to simplify customer journeys by helping advisors identify suitable insurance solutions, generate quotations, onboard customers and handle servicing digitally.
Its eQuote app uses an AI-based product recommender to suggest products based on a customer’s segment and life stage, whilst allowing advisors to generate and share personalised quotations.
LIVA, an AI-enabled chatbot, gives advisors access to product features and quotations through a conversational interface.
“ICICI Life Partner Stack 2.0 is aimed to give them digital and AI-enabled tools that make everyday operations simpler and customer friendly – from identifying suitable solutions and generating quotations to onboarding and servicing,” said Amish Banker, Chief Distribution Officer at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance.
The platform also integrates with partner CRM systems to improve customer journey management.
Through APIs, partners can raise customer service requests directly from their own platforms, with updates shared digitally.
Group partners can also use APIs to submit member details, register claims and share servicing requirements.
Retail and group partner portals provide access to client details, reports, remuneration information and other servicing functions.
Partner Stack is also integrated with national databases including UIDAI for Aadhaar, CERSAI for CKYC, Vahan for IDV, GSTN, EPFO, CAS and Perfios. These integrations can pre-fill up to 70% of application forms, reducing the need for customers to submit KYC and income documents.
