Allianz Malaysia Berhad has incorporated its wholly owned subsidiary Allianz Labuan in the Federal Territory of Labuan, Malaysia effective 1 October 2026.
The new entity will provide life insurance solutions for Malaysia’s high net worth segment. It will offer foreign currency-denominated products in Labuan.
Allianz Malaysia said that the incorporation expands its presence and solidifies its position in the region’s life insurance industry.
Allianz Asia-Pacific saw its operating profit rise 11.4% to $529.1m in the first six months of 2026.
