Naoki Kido will lead the business globally from Tokyo.
Aon plc has appointed Naoki Kido and Yuki Tanemura to leadership roles within its Japan Global Solutions network.
Kido has been named Global Head of Japan Global Solutions, effective 30 September 2026.
Based in Tokyo, he reports to Craig Torgius, Chief Client Officer and Head of Enterprise Clients, Asia-Pacific.
Kido previously served as Practice Leader of WTW’s Japan Global Practice Group for North America and brings over 20 years of experience serving Japanese multinational organisations.
Tanemura has been appointed Global Chief Commercial Officer and Head of North America for Japan Global Solutions, effective 1 January 2027.
Based in Chicago, he will report to Kido. Tanemura has been with Aon for 20 years, holding various leadership roles across Japan, Southeast Asia, and the United States.
Both appointments remain subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
